Cure Soil Compost, Inc.
Cure Soil's Food Web
Operations System — Build Roadmap

We're building a complete internal operating system for Cure Soil — powered entirely by AI, owned by the company, built to compound over time. This is not a collection of apps. It's one system with Ian's knowledge at the center. Here's what we're building, in order, and what it means for you.

01
Live Now
Foundation & Infrastructure
The server is running. The system is online. You can log in today.
What this means for Ian
The system exists and is accessible at api.curesoil.com. You, Bryan, Jeremy, and Sarah all have accounts. The knowledge library — Rhizo's Library — is live and accepting entries right now. This is the foundation everything else builds on.
What's built
🖥
Cure Soil's Food Web Dashboard
Secure login. Role-based access. Works on iPhone, iPad, and desktop.
📚
Rhizo's Library
Knowledge base. Accepts text, links, files, and audio. Everything Ian knows, structured and searchable.
🔐
Admin's Portal
Ian and Bryan only. Manages user permissions, platform connections, and approval settings.
✓ Ian's most important task right now: start adding entries to Rhizo's Library. Every entry makes the whole system smarter.
02
Building Now
Compost's Core — Content Tools
Turn Ian's knowledge into published content across every platform.
What this means for Ian
You'll have one place to go from raw idea or video clip to published post on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook — with AI drafting the copy in your voice, you approving it, and the system handling the rest. No more writing captions from scratch. No more platform-hopping.
What's being built
🍵
Rhizo's Tea
Content publishing tool. Select media, choose platforms, give the AI brief instructions, review the draft, approve and publish or schedule. Pulls from Rhizo's Library so every post reflects your actual expertise.
🗄
The Bin
Media library. Videos, images, Canva exports. Everything organized and ready to pull into a post. Upload once, use everywhere.
The Sequester
Approval queue. When Sarah or Jeremy submit content, it waits here for Ian or Bryan to approve before it goes out. Ian stays in control of what publishes.
Ian
Creates posts, approves all content, connects social accounts
Sarah
Submits content drafts; goes through The Sequester
Bryan
Builds and maintains the system; also has approval authority
Jeremy
Limited access; operational tools only
Testing on Bryan's personal Instagram first before connecting Cure Soil accounts.
03
Phase 3
New Website
Replace Wix with a premium site that matches the brand.
What this means for Ian
curesoil.com becomes a brand asset instead of a liability. Dark, bold, premium. Tiered pricing for home gardeners, farms, wholesale, and distributors. Each customer type sees what's relevant to them. Wix gets cancelled the day the new site goes live.
🌐
New curesoil.com
Built and hosted on our own server. No Wix, no templates, no monthly CMS tax. Connected to Shopify for checkout.
🔑
Tiered Customer Login
Consumer, commercial, wholesale, distributor. Each tier sees different pricing and account features.
Wix (~$17/mo) cancels when this goes live. That saving offsets part of the build cost.
04
Phase 4
Custom CRM
Know every customer. Never lose a relationship to a spreadsheet.
What this means for Ian
Every farm, retail account, and wholesale buyer in one place. Full history — what they bought, when they were serviced, what they need next. AI drafts your follow-up emails. Application service bookings run through the system instead of Ian's phone.
👥
Client Profiles
Every customer tiered and tracked. Purchase history, service history, notes from Ian.
📅
Application Services Scheduling
Clients book online. Ian manages his field calendar. Automated confirmations and follow-ups.
✉️
Email Campaign Agent
Segmented by customer tier. AI writes the copy. Ian approves. Resend delivers it.
05
Phase 5
The Ledger — Ops & Financial
Real-time revenue, margins, inventory, and Bryan's reimbursement log.
What this means for Ian
One dashboard shows revenue by channel, gross margin against your 76% target, and inventory levels. Investor update drafts write themselves. Bryan's pre-company expenses are tracked for reimbursement. Jeremy manages fulfillment through the system instead of messages to Ian.
📊
Revenue & Margin Dashboard
Shopify syncs automatically. Real-time view of DTC, wholesale, and application service revenue.
📦
Inventory Tracking
Bags, totes, loose yardage. Low stock alerts. Jeremy's primary interface.
🧾
Bryan's Expense Log
Every pre-company expense tracked for reimbursement. Permanent paper trail.
06
Continuous
The Agent Layer
The system gets smarter with every entry, every post, every customer.
What this means for Ian
Everything Ian puts into Rhizo's Library — every conversation, field observation, scientific insight — compounds. The AI gets better at sounding like Ian. Content gets more targeted. Customer outreach gets more relevant. The system learns the business as the business grows.
🤖
Content Agent
Generates platform-specific copy in Ian's voice. Powered by Rhizo's Library. Active from Phase 2.
🤖
CRM Agent
Drafts client follow-ups, flags high-value accounts, preps Ian for retail pitches.
🤖
Financial Agent
Monthly P&L summaries, margin alerts, investor update drafts on request.
All agents run on Anthropic's Claude API. No other AI providers. Cure Soil owns its data and its intelligence.
